These majority of the projects fall within the district of Far North, along with matters affecting the Kaipara and Whangārei districts. We also have a strong focus in assisting clients with matters administered by the Northland Regional Council.

Policy Development

In addition to resource consent matters the Company is active in policy development.

This includes plan change and district plan processes from initial client advice on the implications of the documents through to lodging original submissions, further submissions, Council hearing process and the presentation of evidence to the Environment Court.

Attending the Environment Court is also a function of the company with regard to resource consent applications as well as evidence before the High Court.
